FOX 10 Phoenix interviewed civil engineering professor Robert Fleischman after a microburst destroyed a warehouse in Phoenix on July 24th.
During a televised segment about the warehouse, Fleischman spoke about the building's design and offered his thoughts on why the structure collapsed during the microburst event.
"I believe what must have happened is part of the roof began to rip away and then it started to collapse, and it pulled the walls with them," Fleischman said.
