Submission Reminders

Remember to include the following with your application as a decision cannot be entered until all requirements are met and all materials received:

  • Official transcript, ensuring if you are from India that it includes official sum of total marks and marks obtained for each semester
  • Minimum GPA requirements for admission:
    • ME and certificates – 3.0
    • MS – 3.0 on the last 60 units of undergraduate coursework
    • PhD – 3.5 during MS study
  • GRE general test scores – minimum 151 verbal and 155 quantitative – for students seeking a graduate certificate in Advanced Transportation Engineering, ME, MS or PhD
  • For international students who do not hold degrees from English-speaking universities, TOEFL or IELTS scores dated no more than two years before the term of application
    • TOEFL minimum score of 79 for the Internet exam and 550 for the paper exam
    • IELTS composite score of at least 7 with no subject area falling below 6
  • Letter of intent
  • Three letters of recommendation
