At the end of every semester, the College of Engineering gathers to celebrate the outstanding graduating students and teaching assistants of each department. At the May celebration, CAEM celebrated three students who distinguished themselves in academics and research.

The outstanding graduating seniors in architectural engineering and civil engineering were Alyssa Schwengel and Justin Reed, respectively. The outstanding graduate student in civil and engineering mechanics was Pramesh Pudasaini.

Each student who was honored received a framed award and a university gift bag to commemorate their academic career. Nominating professors made short speeches.
