WCLS Builds CEEM Students' Confidence

In late September, undergraduate Lissette Flores and recent alumna Rosa Juvera joined 48 other collegiate women interested in construction and engineering at the Kiewit Women’s Construction Leadership Seminar in Omaha, Nebraska. 

There, they learned more about the construction industry, leadership skills and the diverse opportunities open to women in the field. 

Flores and Juvera have reported back to the department on their experiences, which Juvera called "inspiring and reassuring.
