'Snapshot' of Alumnus Benny Young

Benny J. Young, who earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Arizona in 1974, has spent more than 40 years working in the public sector.

Currently serving as interim director of public works and facilities in Monterey County, California, he says his favorite part of the job is "completing projects that benefit our communities."
