Dominic Boccelli Joins as New Head of Department

After more than a decade on the faculty at the University of Cincinnati, Dominic Boccelli has joined the University of Arizona as head of the Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering and Mechanics.

Boccelli brings expertise in water resources management – bolstering the department's already robust research in hydraulics and hydrology – and an avid interest in continuing CAEM's interdisciplinary and international growth. 

“Meeting everyone here has been fantastic,” he said. “You can tell everyone here is really excited about the trajectory of the department. I’m coming into a good situation.”
